Specifically, that green wire powers the motor itself. Also the power window relay (which may be the culprit) is located in the dash fusebox.
With the door panel loose, lift up and remove the panel. Make sure you keep your eyes out for an electrical cable connecting the power window/door lock switches to the interior door. Unhook this connection. Next, you should see a plastic shroud. Carefully peel back this shroud. With the shroud peeled back, you can now see the window and regulator.

This kid's video is pretty good, the only part I did differently, I slightly bent the copper connectors in the window lock switch to tighten up the connection. Reassembled and all windows work at each control switch. In the window lock switch there is a very small locking spring attached to the right side, housed in the white part of the switch.

2014. Engine. Hemi 5.7. Will your passenger side window roll down with the passenger side switch? In any case you could check for possible DTC codes with the Alfa tool just to see if anything comes up but I would be leaning towards the switch or the door control module being the issue. The switch isn't expensive.
